A sitution would normally look like this. Plug in, PC it kicks on but then kicks off. I hold the power button down and get it to stay off. I try starting it but it boots to an orange blinking light. I leave it off for like 5 min. I then press the the power button and this time the power button goes blue for a little bit but it does not turn on.Symptoms.
