Bowfa without crystal armour
TBow is the better rebuild with only 100m leftover. If you have 500m or more, shadow is probably better, but it's not really a "rebuild" at that point. Bowfa+crystal armor and tons of money leftover for other very good gear. BOFA is a big DPS upgrade for both COX and TOA its defiantly worth getting as it should decrease your run times and by the time you get another 500m it should have paid for itself. Bowfa is trash without the armour. Go get it.
