C6 Corvette General Discussion - Service charging system - So I recently bought a 2006 C6 z06 with 56,500 mikes. In driving it,the SCS notice popped up. Symptoms were voltage fine at 14.4 up to about 2200 rpm. Above that voltage would fall to 11.5ish. Didn't matter the engine load as to how hard I was accelerating or...Every few days or so I keep seeing this error and chime saying "Service Charging System"?? I have checked the battery connections and all are tight, I even checked the connections on the alternator. Is there anything else that I should be checking?
