This occurs at different times and locations but only once every week or two. I have tried different locking proceedures, (locking with door open, locking with door closed, locking ...I went to pick up the car and they explained to me that the blower fan was not working in fact nothing from the A/C unit was working however there Scan tool. showed that everything was working and it recognized everything. Blower motor accepting signals from Scan tool, Shows A/C signal and pressure signal. Re-circ and A/C light don't work.6075 posts · Joined 2006. #7 · Aug 5, 2008 (Edited) same problem here. bypass the switch, all you need to do is ground the wire coming out of the firewall. the switch is a normally closed ground (that is it makes contact) when the hood opens the ground opens and contact is lost causing the remote start to kill the motor.My remote start on my newly acquired 09 was working fine.... and then now all of a sudden isnt turning over first try. ...
