Hi guys, How do I set my BCD436HP to scan all possible frequencies? Under Scan Selection, then 'Select Lists to Monitor' I can choose 'Full Database', 'Search With Scan' or my favourites. The SDS200 is also superior to the 536HP on CLMRN. When I drove through CT wih a 536HP in my truck there were often dead spots. No dead spots with the SDS200.Rebanding was done long ago in 2011. This is simply a new system with many new frequencies. It is simulcast so if you are in an area where you can receive two towers on the same Cell, you could experience issues distortion.

Uniden themselves say that the 996P2 has trouble with simulcast. I have two that work on CLMRN and then when four were purchased for a fire company in my town, none of them worked. It is not learning how to use them, I cloned my programming, tried the same antennas ... identical, just unhooked my two existing 996P2, and these four would …its not showing any talk groups being decoded. I think i have 2 problems, I think only the FASTLANE app has the TDMA decoder and I think the RTL dongle i am using is out of calibration. I was going to play with it more today.
