I have been healing with wraps the plant fiber ones. I'm on pve c I haven't logged in a whole as I'm trying to let purge meter go back down. I basically just designed my t1 base up north and I'm gonna replace it directly with t3. I'll try gruel out. I used to use the healing arrows and I did warmakers in the past that way. One of the best healing options right now is the cooked abyssmal meat (from the snake boss in the dregs) & aloe potion combo. You can use both at the same time and the regen stacks.
