My power steering pump was noisy too. Definitely sounded like air in the system. I replaced the pump suction inlet o-ring, Honda # 91345-R70-A11. The clamp bolt is a little tricky but once you break it loose it comes right out. Replacing the o-ring solved my issue, no more air in the system.
