I need the password on my modem's admin tool reset. I called to get it reset but the lady just said it was "highspeed", the default login, over and over again without actually listening to my request. I also tried holding the reset button but of course that did nothing either. I need help resetting this because this has been stressing me out ...Might do it just once per day, other times it'll restart several times in one day. Previous modem was just 6mo old. Started rebooting so often that it died, no power, different outlets... nothing. Went to Xfinity store, replaced it. New one is still resetting itself at random times.
