Original Post. As of midnight last night I have been unable to connect to the EA servers to play Madden 21 on my Xbox One. I've done the following: Held down the power button on the Xbox One until it powered all the way off to clear cache (unplugged from wall, etc...) Checked with all internet connection / provider issues to eliminate those. Are the servers/online support permanently down for 16? 16 is the last Madden I purchased before I got EA access.
