Khajiit caravan problem [PC] Hey, there! I'm experiencing the weirdest glitch that only happens with Risaad's caravan. Both other caravans function normally. Risaad and his cronies are permanently stuck at their camp in Whiterun. They don't move to Markarth. Is there anyway to fix the quest with Creation Kit? Thanks!
