We will thoroughly screen each applicant before placing a Siberian Husky.The temperature has to be below 50 degrees for a ride with the dogs at a cost of $75 per person which includes a tour of the kennel. Kennel tours alone are $25 per person. For our Winter tours we start out with a kennel tour, talk about the history of dog-sledding, give instruction on how to handle the team and sled on a run. The Husky Rescue Haven is situated in the area of Farmall in Chartwell, near the Broadacres Shopping Centre and is within easy travelling distance from many suburbs of the North and West sides of Gauteng and makes for an incredible place to go and visit the dogs and learn about the breed.
