CERTUM 3 is a beast. I carry my 43x in a CERTUM 3 and it disappears. VERY comfortable in the appendix position with a crossbreed leather gun belt. the claw/ camber bar is easily removed for strong side / behind the hip carry. You can't go wrong with Tenicor. If you get it and hate it, Tenicor will surely switch it out for the Certum for you. I have the Certum and added a foam wedge to the back of it, but I wanted the flexibility of the Certum, even though I only carry AIWB. A lot of people on here have complained about the velo's plastic wedge saying it can get a bit uncomfortable.
