Xfinity seasonal hold rules

I requested seasonal hold in June 10 to Sept 16, and I have been charged the full price and auto paid the bill for June, July and Aug. I searched Xfinity web and can't find a place to send email. I am overseas and don't want to make an International call to Xfinity and I also did not find the customer service number. So I'm a bit confused on how the seasonal hold works. I started a seasonal hold on my account on June 28th. I called xfinity, and the rep said seasonal holds has to be for a minimum of 3 months, and apparently june 28th - august 31st is 3 months -- I don't get how this works so this is my first confusion.
